In cases where existing networks will be retained, the Sales Director will be responsible for not only supporting and maintaining the existing business but also rapidly growing sales to meet ownership expectations. In the case of a new market (or a market with a distributor that will be eliminated), the Sales Director will identify, conduct due diligence and develop distribution opportunities for the VP of International to review. Primary Functions: * Develop annual budgets/forecasts per country and then execute on sales programs with new and existing distributors to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. * Continuously monitor the performance of each country and with such information combined with international market trends, adjust sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions in each region. * Collaborate with the team on the development of regional product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies to produce the highest possible long-term international market share. * Provide updated monthly forecast of business to allow for JIT inventory management. * Review quarterly and annual marketing plan for assigned territory. Provide complete business review, development of alternative/ contingency plans, and overall strategy for the Area. * Review major consumer promotions and trade programs with direct reports designed to gain volume and profits. Adjust sales & marketing programs to the needs of the market place. * Maintain ongoing communication with direct reports and distributors and corporate marketing to learn about changing market conditions and modify promotion programs to support market changes. * Monitor the Coop Budget and collateral allocations for your territory. * Manage and control all lines of the regional P&L, and informed on a regular basis the US for any changes vs. budget. Education and Experience: * Must have already a strong Management and Education experience over 7 years in the Cosmetics Industry in Territory. * Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred. * Fluency in the relevant languages of territory preferred; not required. Bottom line requirements we need: 1. Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred). 2. 7 + years of Sales Management in the Cosmetics Industry in Europe. 3. Retail experience in skincare and specially for brands with own stores and department store counters distribution.

Technical Support Engineer (Italian, French), Cork,Ireland

Summary/Overall Purpose of Role:

The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance on all company range of product installed and/or configured on any supported Windows platforms.

This position may also include provision of support on malware related issues. In addition to the direct support to customers/resellers, the Support Engineer will also handle escalated issues via our preferred partners, distributors as well as internal escalation.

The objective will be to deliver Technical Support with the aim of driving high Customer Satisfaction levels.

Summary/Overall Purpose of Role:

A global leader in antivirus and content security software and services is currently recruiting a Senior Support Engineer – Knowledge Transfer. The role of the Senior Support Engineer includes handling preferred partners/distributors and customer/resellers technical queries but this person will also be involved in various key projects aimed at initiating/driving changes which will enhance the support organization as a whole.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Senior Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance on all company range of product installed and/or configured on any supported Windows platforms

However, a primary focus will also be to transfer knowledge to the Cork TS team in the following products and technologies: Network, Linux, VMware, Malware, OCSE, WF, DS

As well as doing the TOI/training, the senior engineer will work in the following areas:

Lab setup

Training analysis

Ongoing training (individual and group)

Feedback to Management

Assist R&D with documentation (scope to TBC)

Qualifications/Professional Certifications:

Education in technical field, and or industry certifications are advantageous

 Summary/Overall Purpose of Role:
  • Develop company business opportunity within designated geography and reseller bank

The purpose of this role will be to work with the IS and Operations teams to develop and manage our Business Intelligence Project for 2011.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Working with the business teams to roll out a BI tool and Key Performance Metrics to support the Sales, Marketing and Operations functions.
  • Act as a Project Lead on Corporate and IT initiatives, and develop BI resources across the teams in EMEA.
  • Responsible for the management of the change and communication portion of this project.
  • Provide consultative assistance to business management and operational teams on the design and use of business metrics to support the business.
  • Determine optimal processes for internal reporting and data governance.
  • Participate in strategic discussions and represent business operations in any strategic BI initiatives, providing the necessary input and analytics around BI.
  • Ensure there is a high level of service delivered with regards to the BI service provided to the business.
  • International travel will be required for this role.

The Pre-Sales Engineer will focus on taking ownership of the prime technical relationship with our pre-sales customers to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers both on-site, on-line or via telephone phone. The  Pre Sale Engineer will be working in conjunction with Sales, Marketing and Product Managers. He/She will be the technical bridge between our Business Unit Pre Sales engineers, the Helpdesk, the Sales Representatives and their pre-sales customers.

The main responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Provide technical knowledge within Pre-Sales Customer environments.
  • Attend sales presentations, marketing and user group events.
  • Maintain and expand working knowledge of current and beta company Products.
  • Provide consultation to pre-sales customers and help clients with the planning and implementation of company software products.
  • Provide product training to both sales and company Premium Resellers.
  • Provide technical back up to Sales.
  • Provide software/network troubleshooting on minor technical issues and effectively interact with the engineering teams to provide solutions to more complex technical problems

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least 2-3 years Sales Engineer experience in computer software or systems environment in the high-tech industry.

  • At least 2 years experience in one or more of the following: Server/Desktop OS, Networking Architecture, Messaging Servers, Firewalls, Inter-relational products and peripherals customized to each client network.
  • MCP/MCSA certification on Windows NT4.0 or 2000.
  • Strong hands on experience of effectively instructing or guiding customers on-site, on-line and via telephone.
  • Strong proven ability to manage your time effectively.

The purpose of this position is to provide technical assistance and support to our customers and resellers on all company range of products installed and/or configured on any support window’s platform. The role also handles and escalated issues via our preferred partners, distributors as well as internal escalation.
Summary:

In this role the Level 1 Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical
support on all company anti-virus software installed and/or configured on any of the
following platforms – Windows NT, Windows 2000 and UNIX.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • First point of contact providing phone based support to customers and resellers.
  • Provide firstand second level of troubleshooting to our direct customer base and second level support to our preferred partners and distributors.
  • Provision of detailed and accurate guidance on the use of company products to supported customer base.
  • Process support cases, and if necessary escalate to the Core support team.
  • Project work as defined

Critical to being successful in this role will be:

  • Your ability to work under pressure.
  • Being a strong team player with a flexible approach
  • Your strong aptitude in problem solving.
  • Willingness to learn and being highly motivated.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a post sales or customer support background gained ideally within a corporate or distribution channel support environment.
  • Some experience/exposure to networking and web/internet protocols.
  • Working experience in a service/Support organisation where customer contact was by Phone/Email or web tools
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP Protocols and troubleshooting skills
Salary: €28000-32000
